My name is Ronna McEldowney.

When I was three years old, I dreamed of becoming a kindergarten teacher. My dream came true! For 30 years I have been teaching and helping to start kindergartens throughout the world. I co-owned and managed a Waldorf kindergarten/preschool with an enrollment of children from over 70 families.

My teaching experience confirms my belief that conscious parenting lays the foundation for successfully educating young children. As the need to be more cognizant with children became evident, I began working directly with families. The love and wish of every parent to support their child’s highest interests, and the child’s desire to orientate to the parent is what inspired me to become a parenting coach. My coaching work has taken on a life of its own as teachers and parents from other communities, saw the benefits of this work, and began requesting my services as a consultant.
